Nehemiah Writes, Personal Observations
Nobody wants to be a failure, yet not everyone is successful too. Sometimes, it all depends on how you think as a failure. I normally use to say “he who set the goal, decides if he has reached or not.” And no one can decide you have failed except you.
How do you define failure then?
Failure is when you stop fighting after defeat.
Life can be compared more to journey.
You try. You loose. You learn. You become better. You try again. You win.
A lot of people fail in life because they don’t succeed in some situations and circumstances due to so many reasons but in my part of the world, some people play blame games, others have some superstitious beliefs and the rest also believes it’s the will of God.
God is not responsible for our failure but it’s our ignorance. As it is written “For the lack of understanding, people perish”
From my personal observation and per the information gathered I realized, they are so many reasons but the ultimate one that make people fail is excuses.
Excuses: Is the justification or not striving higher, or the inability to take responsibility for your life and the outcome. You can be born on the same day, same geographical location, by the same parents and even with same prophecy with someone but your destinies can be east and west apart. based on your perspectives.
“Two twin brothers had a drunk father. One brother grew up to be a drunk, and when asked why he became a drunk, he responds, because my father was a drunk’. The other twin brother grew up to be a successful business man and when asked why he became a successful business man, he responded, because my father was a drunk.” – Unknown
From the illustration given, you can see both of them were facing the same plight but the successful one, his father’s condition challenged him and he promised himself to pay the price to succeed and not be like his drunk father. For the other brother, I believed he lived in the like father like son‘s syndrome. We can see that, the same father but his children is producing two different outcomes.
